Key Responsibilities - Assemble electric vehicle components such as battery packs, wiring harnesses, motors, frames, and interiors - Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures - Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately - Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality standards are met - Identify and report defects, shortages, or process issues - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality requirements - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support continuous improvement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason, OH.
