For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: SolomonEdwards is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist I for one of its mortgage clients to operate in a call center environment supporting consumer direct lending. You will act as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL St. Louis, MO Plano, TX Essential Duties: - Operate in a call center environment as a customer success advocate. - Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers promptly. - Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. - Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses with internal employees, consumers, and/or authorized 3rd parties. - Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values. Qualifications: - Mortgage and/or financial services call center experience is a plus. - Bilingual Spanish is a plus. - General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Mortgage Regulations a plus.
