We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support a leading 3PL warehouse operation serving data center customers. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding facility that is expected to grow from 120 employees to 250 employees this year , with a strong focus on promoting from within . Pay & Shift Differentials Base Pay: $20.00/hr Available Shifts - 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM ($20.00/hr) - 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM ( $21.50/hr ) - 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM ( $22.50/hr ) - Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM ( $23.00/hr ) - Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM ( $23.75/hr ) What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely moving, storing, and shipping inventory. Daily Responsibilities ✅ Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and reach trucks ✅ Load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the warehouse ✅ Conduct daily equipment safety inspections ✅ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment ✅ Move pallets, crates, and inventory to designated locations ✅ Assist with inventory counts and stock tracking ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ✅ Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines ✅ Work collaboratively to meet productivity and shipping goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications - Experience operating stand-up forklifts and/or reach trucks - Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience - Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Expe
