Employer: Hyatt. **Description:** **WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Full Time Overnight Front Desk Clerk** **Job Summary:** **We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people.** **Please join our Guest Experience team as an Overnight Front Desk Clerk.** The hourly rate is $22.75/hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential. **Responsibilities include but not limited to:** · Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. · Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, issuing room keys according to established procedures, and assisting with luggage as needed. · Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. · Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. · Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and room assignments. · Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience. · Assist with concierge services, including making reservations, and providing recommendations for dining and entertainment. **What are the additional benefits of working at the Hyatt Regency Portland?** Our team members work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.
