Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in urethane molding machines. - Replace faulty equipment, parts, and systems as needed. - Perform regular cleaning and inspections to ensure equipment readiness. - Work with mechanical components such as pumps, valves, and motors. - Handle electrical components including switches, encoders, indicators, and level sensors. - Understand and manage power supplies, transformers, step down, and control voltages. - Operate machines through HMIs with computer literacy. Essential Skills - Experience in mechanical maintenance from a manufacturing setting. - 3-5 years of experience in 24v-480v electrical maintenance. - Ability to operate and reposition robotics. - Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. - Possession of own hand tools and toolbox. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in injection molding or extruding. - Ability to weld, cut, and grind. - Experience with plumbing systems. - Operating license for ACE lifts. - Understanding of robotic programming. Work Environment The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, organized, and well lit. The position is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH 45414. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
