3rd Shift Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor

Empresa: Mom's Meals. Position Summary The Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor oversees inbound & outbound operations and leads key aspects of our inventory integrity initiatives. This position reports to the Director - Supply Chain and is responsible for all warehouse & inventory employees and operations for an 8-hour shift. This is a hands-on position, and the expectation is that 30% of the work week will be on a forklift. This position has a base salary plus 10% monthly bonus target. The hours are 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Manage both the physical and system transaction aspects of the inbound & outbound flow of product to ensure inventory integrity and all required information is captured prior to further movement throughout the supply chain. - Identify root causes of data integrity gaps and work cross-functionally to address. - Analyze facility inventory to ensure inventory is stored in the most efficient location. - Develop, implement, and maintain a strong 5S program for all internal and external areas of the facility that are the responsibility of Supply Chain. - Manage all inbound & outbound carriers to ensure temperatures comply with our requirements and are recorded, paperwork is complete, seals are in place, with all discrepancies being immediately communicated to appropriate functions. - Responsible for staffing & scheduling respective shifts appropriately. - Ensure FEFO & FIFO processes are followed. - Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and managing the performance of employees assigned to respective shift. - Develop, implement, and maintain a forklift driver cross-training program that ensures all forklift drivers can cover all aspects of pallet and product movement. - Support and ensure full compliance with all applicable safety initiatives in the facility, including but not limited to pre-shift equipment inspections. - Develop and implement a structured, recurring, continuous improvement communicati
