The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. This person will be performing general maintenance duties which will include but is not limited to painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping/snow removal, and custodial work. The starting rate of pay is $20 - $24 / hr based on experience and certifications. This position is based out of 4600 Mcauley Place Cincinnati, OH 45242 and will service multiple locations throughout the Cincinnati Area as well as Dayton and Northern Kentucky. Tools are provided for this position, along with a company vehicle and gas for workday travel.
