This role involves reading and following detailed work instructions, loading and unloading parts, and performing finishing operations such as deburring, grinding, and sanding to meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities - Set up and operate CNC equipment according to production requirements and work instructions. - Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions and production documentation in a manufacturing environment. - Load raw material or parts into CNC machines and unload finished or semi-finished parts safely and efficiently. - Monitor CNC machine operation to ensure parts meet specifications and production runs stay on schedule. - Inspect finished products visually and with basic measuring tools to verify they meet quality and dimensional standards. - Perform deburring, grinding, and sanding of finished parts to remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections. - Handle and fabricate metal components as required for the production process. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including CNC machines and surrounding workspace. - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating CNC and fabrication equipment. - Collaborate with team members and the shift supervisor to resolve basic production or quality issues. Essential Skills - Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. - Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and production documentation. - Practical experience with CNC machine operation, including loading and unloading parts. - Skill in deburring, grinding, and sanding metal parts to meet quality standards. - Familiarity with basic metal fabrication processes. - Attention to detail when inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy. - Ability to work safely with CNC equipmen
