A solid understanding of <strong>quality planning</strong> and <strong>inspection documentation</strong> is beneficial. Experience in <strong>gear manufacturing</strong> is a significant plus.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs using <strong>GibbsCAM (or equivalent)</strong></li><li>Design and model tooling and fixtures using <strong>Autodesk Inventor (or equivalent)</strong></li><li>Create process drawings or redraw of existing customer supplied drawings for clarity</li><li>Apply <strong>GD&T</strong> principles to drawings and process documentation</li><li>Plan machining sequences for <strong>turning</strong>, <strong>milling</strong>, and <strong>VTL</strong> operations</li><li>Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure process reliability</li><li>Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in <strong>GibbsCAM</strong> and <strong>Autodesk Inventor (or equivalent)</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>GD&T</strong> and dimensional inspection practices</li><li>Experience with <strong>turning</strong>, <strong>milling</strong>, and <strong>VTL</strong> equipment</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>macro programming</strong> a plus </li><li>Background in <strong>quality planning</strong> and <strong>inspection documentation</strong></li><li>Experience in <strong>gear manufacturing</strong> is
