Grow with us, H2O+U. Your Opportunity We are looking for a Community Infrastructure Liaison to join our Construction Team in our Cleveland office. This position will support the Cleveland Water Lead Service Program by engaging in a variety of field and customer service tasks. We provide services related to water resources, reservoirs and dams, water supply, wastewater networks and treatment, flood mitigation and river basin management. Your Key Responsibilities - Prepare, document, and review Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) related work. - Distribute water pitcher filter kits and water sample kits as instructed. - Respond to customer inquiries about project resources and the LSLR process. - Operate hydrants and valves safely. - Collect water samples from hydrants. - Serve as a community liaison to communicate proje
