Work you'll do As an Engineering Manager II on the Deloitte Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you will be responsible for... - Leading the design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions in complex client environments - Managing IAM engineers and technical workstreams across solution design, build, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement activities - Defining and applying identity and access management engineering standards across identity governance, provisioning, certification, role management, application onboarding, and integration patterns - Partnering with client stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality - Leading identity governance strategies for workforce, privileged, cloud, and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and policy-based access controls A successful candidate would possess these skills: - Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team - Effective written and verbal commun
