Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. - Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care Responsibilities Functions as part of the hemodialysis team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurses in accordance with policy and procedure, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies. - Conduct all tasks necessary for preparation for dialysis treatment and document where appropriate. - Oversees the preparation of the delivery system, dialysate bath, and dialyzer and confirms that allmandatory alarm tests on the dialyzer and equipment are performed. - Responsible for Tablo device set-up including entering provider dialysis prescription into Tablo. - Evaluate vascular access for patency and report any unusual findings to
