Job Description Turner & Townsend is looking for a Director of Scheduling to lead scheduling services for one of our exciting Data Center projects in New Albany, OH. This individual will not only be responsible for the delivery of successful scheduling services but also will assist in growing services with new and existing clients. Responsibilities: - Lead the creation and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules for multiple construction projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable. - Collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and critical paths. - Establish baseline schedules and track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). - Ensure effective communication and coordination of scheduling between various teams (design, engineering, procurement, and construction). - Monitor and analyze schedule performance, proactively identify deviati
