Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Apprentice Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking to hire six apprentice plumbers to join a rapidly growing team expanding their footprint in the Treasure Valley. Candidates should have experience in both commercial and residential plumbing, with a focus on new construction rather than service-oriented work. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience and hold a plumbing apprentice card. **Responsibilities** + Assist with the installation of plumbing systems for new construction projects, including large commercial/industrial buildings and new-build track homes. + System Installation: Support the installation of water supply, drainage networks (DWV), and gas piping using materials such as PVC, PEX, CPVC, and copper. + Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret construction blueprints and piping schematics to efficiently route plumbing systems. + Job Site Prep & Maintenance: Transport materials, measure and cut pipes, dig trenches, and maintain a clean and organized job site. + Testing & Inspection: Collaborate with journeymen to test installed plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes. + Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Essential Skills** + Experience in commercial and residential plumbing. + Knowledge of new construction plumbing practices. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Understanding of installation and pipefitting techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Possession of a plumbing apprentice card. + 1-3 years of relevant plumbing experience. **Why Work Here?** This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a proven track record of expansion.
