Employer: Aerotek. **Picker & Packer** **Picker & Packer – 3rd Shift** **J** **ob Summary** We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Picker & Packer** to join our warehouse team on **3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday)** . This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Pick and pack products according to packing lists and customer orders. + Weigh, tape, and label boxes accurately for shipment. + Palletize completed orders and prepare shipments for delivery. + Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing tasks as needed. + Ensure order accuracy and meet daily productivity goals. + Follow all warehouse procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines. + Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. + Assist with material handling and other warehouse duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Minimum 6 months of warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or related experience. + Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Excellent teamwork and communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift. + Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials safely. + Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and material handling activities. + Ability to work in a physically active warehouse setting. **Work Environment** + Team-oriented warehouse environment. + Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses/eye protection, and hearing protection. + Active role involving packing, labeling, palletizing, and material handling throughout the shift. + Safety-focused workplac
