Employer: Camping World. **Camping World** is seeking a high energy, motivated **RV Sales Associate** to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money! Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn **$50,000 to $150,000** or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify! **We Invest in Your Success from Day One.** Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles. **What You’ll Do:** + Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs + Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations + Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team + Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer **What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:** + High school diploma or equivalent is required + 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred + Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required) + Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information + Valid driver's license required + May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices + Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending **General Compensation Disclosure** The estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
