Responsibilities: Guest Experience: + Contribute to creating a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. + Understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections. + Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty. + Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). + Assist in maintaining store appearance by following company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and store cleanliness.
