Ensures compliance with applicable state alcohol laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management. Provides outstanding customer service and effectively communicates with patrons and co-workers. Demonstrates ability to establish effective working relationships and incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Maintains quality control standards. May operate equipment such as, but not limited to, beverage machines, toasters, ice cream dispensers, cash registers, computerized cash registers, steam equipment, dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers. Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed. Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking. Accountable for credit card and cash transactions. Serves catered parties from service or portable bars. Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders. Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques. Answers q
