How you will contribute to the team: + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute work accurately and independently + Construct, install, and repair structures and components using hand and power tools + Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures + Complete work with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship + Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and project schedules + Assist with material handling, deliveries, and site logistics to keep work progressing efficiently + Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times + Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and reinforcing safe, high-quality work practices + Take initiative and perform other duties as required to support overall project success What you will bring to the role: + Must be 18 years of age or older + 5+ years of experience preferred + Must have reliable transportation and a good attendance record + Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head. + Arm, hand, and finger dexterity with both hands involved in activities such as reaching, handling, and feeling--and with good eyesight. + Should be able to navigate through the work-site on a daily basis + Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs.
