Job Duties What You’ll Do: - Cultivate your green team and watch them grow with Davey! - Grow long-term relationships with customers by understanding the client’s expectations and exceed those expectations with superior service. - Drive multimillion-dollar revenues and branch profitability and expedite contracts and billing. - Hire, train, inspire and develop branch staff. - Work with account managers and your production managers to plan and implement crew work assignments. - Participate in associations that promote and support your business growth. - Focus on customer service, teamwork, communication, ethics, and safety for your clients and your team.
