If you take pride in building solid foundations, working with industry-leading form systems, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship and career growth, we want to hear from you. **What You'll Do** As a Concrete Carpenter, you'll play a key role in delivering complex commercial and industrial projects from the ground up. **Responsibilities** + Pour concrete for foundations, walls, slabs, columns, and structural systems. + Set and install MEVA forms, gang forms, and other formwork systems. + Support large-scale concrete pours on high-profile construction projects. + Finish concrete surfaces to specification through leveling, smoothing, and texturing. + Strip formwork and scaffolding safely after concrete has cured. + Move and stage materials, forms, tools, and equipment throughout the site. + Perform placement work using wheelbarrows, shovels, mortar, grout, and concrete. + Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. + Work closely with field leadership to keep projects on schedule. + Travel between projects throughout the Valley as new work begins. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of commercial or industrial concrete carpentry experience. + Experience with concrete structures, forming, and finishing. + Experience using MEVA or similar formwork systems. + Experience with gang form systems. + Strong concrete finishing skills. + Ability to safely perform concrete pou
