We’re seeking a collaborative, forward-thinking **Director of Infection Prevention & Caregiver Health – Central Services** to lead a high-impact, system-level function. In this role, you’ll shape strategy, drive performance, and bring together teams across disciplines to advance safety, compliance, and wellness programs that touch thousands of caregivers. **Why This Role Matters** It’s an opportunity to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for centralized services for Caregiver Health & Safety and Infection Prevention programs. Supervises team of program managers and caregiver health RNs centralizing services to ensure regulatory compliance and strong performance. Accountable for program outcomes, budget stewardship, and development of revenue-generating occupational health services lines. **What You’ll Do** As Director, you will: + Provides functional and operational oversight of centralized program managers and remote caregiver health nursing operations, ensuring clear accountability for system standards, deliverables, and outcome + Develops and prioritizes strategic safety initiatives in collaboration Quality, Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Risk, and Human Resources to align safety initiatives and caregiver support programs. + In collaboration with system strategy and operational leaders, designs and manages ongoing integration of ZoomCare and PeaceHealth occupational health services to meet the needs of both org
