Job Description We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee all field operations, production performance, and operational execution across a growing commercial services organization. This executive-level role is responsible for driving productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, safety, and quality across multiple service lines while ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth strategies. The Director of Operations will provide leadership to Production Managers, Fleet & Safety personnel, and operational teams while partnering closely with executive leadership to maximize operational performance, maintain financial accountability, and deliver exceptional customer service.
