Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Electrician Journeyman** to join our team at **NASA Goddard Space Flight Facility (GSFC)** in Greenbelt, MD! **What You'll Be Doing:** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and systems in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes. + Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, diagrams, and specifications to plan electrical installations. + Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems to identify causes of malfunctions and implement corrective actions. + Install and maintain lighting systems, panels, transformers, motors, control circuits, and related electrical components. + Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. + Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and other specialized tools. + Coordinate electrical work with other trades and departments to support maintenance, renovations, and new construction projects. + Document work performed and materials used. + Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, PPE use, and safe work practices. + Provide guidance and direction to apprentices or helpers as needed + Perform other related duties as assigned. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + High school diploma or GED (preferred). + Journeyman Electrician License (preferred). + Minimum of 3 years o
