Employer: Aerotek. **Hiring Assemblers ASAP!!** **1st/ Weekend shift** **$20-24/hr** **Charlotte, NC** **Job responsibilities:** + Assemble components using hand and power tools + Align, position, and fasten parts into assemblies and subassemblies + Install wire labels and device tags + Read and interpret job orders and production instructions + Track work in the Epicor ERP system + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) + Inspect completed units for quality, accuracy, and customer requirements + Identify wire gauges, colors, and ampacities + Use measuring tools (tape measure) for accuracy + Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly + Help troubleshoot production issues with team members + Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE requirements **Skills & Qualifications:** + 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect components and sub-assemblies being produced. + Stand for long periods of time. + Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis. + Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English. + Limited understanding of PLC, VFD and Circuit Breakers. + Understand and know the differences between NEMA ratings of enclosures. + Knowledgeable of identifying wire gauges, colors and understanding ampacities. **Why Work Here?** + Employees benefit from a comprehensive package that supports both their professional and personal well-being. + You can enjoy paid vacation and holidays, along with medical and dental coverage to support your health. + A 401(k) plan helps you plan for your financial future, while a stable, clean, and climate-controlled environment promotes comfort and consistency at work. + The culture values teamwork, safety, and continuous learning, giving you opportunities to grow your skills and contribute to a high-quality produ
