You’ll be:** + Assembling small electronic components according to specifications and work procedures. + Performing light assembly, fitting parts together to form complete units or subassemblies, and accurately labeling products for packaging or shipment. + Assisting with incoming and outgoing materials, pulling and receiving materials, and preparing outgoing products. + Conducting visual inspections for quality and consistency, reporting concerns to supervisors. + Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment and completing related tasks as directed by supervisor. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have prior experience in manufacturing processes and assembly tasks (preferred). + Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. + Possess strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and excellent near vision including color vision and depth perception. + Are able to follow verbal and written instructions, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate well in a team setting. + Can use small hand tools and perform repetitive tasks effectively. + Demonstrate basic computer skills, a strong work ethic, and a track record of good attendance. **What happens
