Employer: Aerotek. **Assembler** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM **Are you someone who enjoys building things, working with your hands, and seeing a finished product come together? We are looking for motivated Assemblers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly manufacturing or construction experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.** **What You'll Do** + Assemble metal components and subassemblies into finished products + Read blueprints, diagrams, work instructions, and parts lists + Gather materials, tools, and components needed for each build + Measure and position parts accurately using tape measures and templates + Use hand and power tools to assemble products safely and efficiently + Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and specification requirements are met + Perform basic equipment maintenance and report repair needs when necessary + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) **What We're Looking For** + Experience with assembly manufacturing, carpentry, or construction + Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately + Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Commitment to producing high-quality work + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous assembly experience + Experience working from templates and detailed measurements + Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge + Experience in a production or manufacturing environment **Why You'll Love Working Here** + Stable Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off + Team-focused and safety-driven environment + Hands-on work that keeps you engaged throughout the day + Clean and organized workplace + Strong tra
