Employer: LSI Staffing. Temp to Hire **Now Hiring: Assemblers (2nd Shift)** **Location: Riverside, Mo** **1st Shift – Monday–Friday |** **2:00 pm – 10:30 pm** + **Position:** Assembler + **Starting Pay:** **$23/hr-$24/hr** + **Overtime & Saturday work** as needed **Responsibilities** + Learn and execute safe assembly practices for 2”–36” assembly, including OGS and AGS. + Perform in-process inspections (dimensional, orientation, parts) and additional inspections per product specifications. + Maintain accurate records of inspections and verify finished products meet or exceed customer standards. + Ensure all tools are in safe working condition and calibration is up to date. + Navigate Medix effectively for job/spool requirements. + Complete all daily checklists and TPMs. + Uphold 5S standards within the work area. + Communicate with Line Leads, Supervisors, Operations Manager, and Engineering regarding discrepancies in drawings, models, or BOMs. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma required. + Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. + Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Windows) preferred. + Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes. + Strong shop math skills (fractions to decimals) and ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers, vernier scale) preferred. + Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints desired. + Strong written and verbal communication skills required. + Good problem-solving abilities desired. + Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and be self-motivated with strong attention to detail. **How to Apply:** **Apply directly to this posting** Or visit us in person: Between walk in hours: 9am-11am or 1pm-3:30 pmMonday-Friday **LSI Staffing** 1625 Swift StNorth Kansas City, MO 64116 **You can also text us at 816-489-7850 (tell us which position you are interested in when texting us)** **or email your resume to lsinkc@lsitaffing.com (lsinks@lsitaffing.com) (add job title in subject line)** LSI
