Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Production Assembler** **Job Description** This role involves hands-on production work at an individual workbench, assembling customer orders using a variety of hand and power tools. You will measure, cut, drill, and fasten materials with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and consistent effort. Success in this position relies on careful attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently while meeting production expectations. **Responsibilities** + Assemble customer orders at a dedicated workbench using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required. + Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to cut and assemble materials to precise specifications. + Operate saws, cordless drills, staple guns, and other tools safely and efficiently to complete production tasks. + Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50–75 lbs as part of daily production activities. + Follow detailed instructions and production standards to ensure high-quality finished products. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper storage and handling of tools and materials. + Work collaboratively with a small production team to meet daily and weekly output goals. + Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent production schedules. + Report to the assigned supervisor for direction, feedback, and updates on production priorities. + Identify and communicate any issues with materials, tools, or finished products to help maintain quality and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of solid production, construction, machine operation, or general labor experience with a stable work history. + Proven ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including saws, cordless drills, and staple guns. + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for cutting and assembly tasks. + Comfortable lifting and handling 50–75 l
