As part of the Advanced Facilities team, you'll work on some of the most advanced construction projects across the country, growing your career alongside our diverse team of industry professionals. Key Role Responsibilities - Core FIELD ENGINEER – TRADE FAMILY - CORE - Actively participates in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan and culture. - Learns and actively participates in all aspects of the company’s safety culture by demonstrating commitment to an injury free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. - Works with tools and executes self-perform work while embedded as part of a crew of craftsmen to complete specific assigned tasks on a project. - Acquires knowledge about company best practice standards and fundamentals for building and construction techniques through hands on, on-the-job training and regular work assignments. - Builds relationships and develops communication and interpersonal skills with trades people and project team members such as foreman, journeymen, superintendents, subcontractors, etc. - Develops understanding about the various func
