For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow on Carrier social media at @Carrier. **About the Role** To maximize system uptime and customer satisfaction by providing high-level technical support for commercial startups and repairs, while acting as a strategic partner to Engineering/Quality in identifying and resolving field performance trends. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Perform system start up, configuration, calibration, and integration for Hydronic Boilers and BMS + Provide expert service, routine and emergency, on all Viessmann equipment + Make recommendations on the programming of Viessmann controls to optimize equipment operation and maximize system efficiency + Test and adjust, as needed, combustion parameters for burners installed in Viessmann equipment as part of the maintenance and repair procedure of Viessmann products + Assist the qualified, licensed heating professional with the troubleshooting of technical issues involving Viessmann products and make recommendations as to parts replacement, service procedures, and system optimization as assigned by their supervisor + Train mechanical contractors in the field to commission, maintain, and service commercial products, as assigned by their supervisor + Daily travel to customer sites as required +
