The Mechanic will perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical systems. This role will be a key member of the maintenance team to support preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Starting wage of $38.21 per hour , with a structured progression plan that provides the opportunity to reach $41.68 per hour within the first year based on performance, experience, and completion of required skills demonstrations. Employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Special pay opportunities may be available, including premiums for shift differentials, callouts, emergency response, or specialized skill assignments, depending on operational needs.
