Employer: ENTRUST Solutions Group. Description Must be located in the Fremont, CA area As a Construction Manager, you'll be at the heart of our projects, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling construction and inspection tasks. Your goal will be to ensure everything meets our client's standards for cost, quality, material usage, and safety. You'll also be the key link between the client, field personnel, and contractors. What You'll Do: You'll oversee contractor crews on-site, making sure they follow all project standards. You'll join project calls, keep detailed reports, and meet with clients for status updates. Daily communication with vendors and maintaining relationships with utility companies will be part of your routine. You'll also manage relationships with engineers and staff who design and sketch equipment installations, and you'll handle material orders for planned construction. Keeping the Project Manager or supervisor updated on construction progress will be crucial. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in related field OR 4+ years of equivalent relevant experience. - At least 5+ years of Telecommunications or Fiber-Optic technical construction experience. - Ability to manage and conduct project status / planning meetings Not quite right for you?
