As a Project Manager, your decisions directly protect patients, staff, and critical care environments every day. In this role, you will manage infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and special projects from planning through closeout, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and clinical stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable outcomes in a highly regulated healthcare setting. You’ll succeed by balancing scope, schedule, and risk while keeping safety and continuity front and center. - Lead multiple infrastructure projects across hospital, ambulatory, and administrative spaces - Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal partners through all project phases - Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure on-time, compliant delivery - Work primarily onsite inMenlo Park and across the Bay Area; this is not a people manager role - Bring experience from healthcare, facilities, engineering, or construction, with strengths in communication, problem-solving, and project controls The Facilities Services division enhances health through leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
