Location: San Jose, CA - Full-time on site Position Overview The Construction Technology Manager (CTM) is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of construction technology across our design‑build MEP operations. This role ensures that digital tools—particularly BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, fabrication modeling, and field technologies—are effectively supporting design coordination, prefabrication, shop production, and field execution. The CTM acts as the bridge between engineering, fabrication, operations, and field teams, ensuring technology investments translate into improved productivity, quality, safety, and predictability. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on standardization, enablement, and scale, not full‑time drafting or modeling.
