What will you be doing: The Senior Construction Project Manager supervises the development of all assigned projects from inception through project close-out and is responsible for the successful delivery of these projects and includes larger more complex health system projects (ie. $20M+, multi-phased acute-care, ground-up, or technically-driven projects) that span a variety of project types, size and budget. The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for directing and managing outsourced construction management firms, architectural firms, and general contractors. Additionally, the Senior Construction Project Manager collaborates and works with the department architects, resource accounting and support staff from initial project inception through successful project completion. Oversees construction projects assigned at the Main Medical Center and/or off-site, including the scheduling of and coordination of vendors, supervising progress and providing progress reports including through internal project management software, meetings and reporting structures. - Responsible for managing team assigned to departmental proje
