In this dynamic leadership role, you will partner with imaging leadership to drive excellence across daily operations, helping teams deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient imaging services. You’ll serve as a key connector—supporting caregivers, streamlining workflows, and fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. **Essential Functions** + Ensures patient, caregiver, and guest safety and satisfaction in accordance with existing principles and standards. + Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner. + Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives. Assists in hiring, orienting, training, staffing, retaining, evaluating, and motivating competent engaged caregivers. + Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers. + Early adopter, exemplar, implementer, super user, problem solver, champion, and idea generator. **Skills** + Patient Safety + Patient Care + Clinical Excellence + Radiology competency + Communication + Leadership + Content Expert + Advanced Imaging Techniques and Knowledge + Computer literacy **Minimum Qualifications** + Professional Clinical Certification/Registration, i.e.; ARRT, ARDMS, etc. + Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline) + Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers. + De
