While working as a Forklift Operator for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $20.00/hour and receive a weekly paycheck. Durham, NC! Primary responsibilities include: + Operate forklift trucks, pallet jacks, electric dollies, and other powered material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the facility. + Load and unload trucks, move stock to and from loading docks, stage materials, and place items in designated warehouse locations. + Band skids, load materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves, and secure shipments using strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage during transit. + Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, company policies, and operating procedures while maintaining an efficient workflow. Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred. + Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification required; familiarity with OSHA forklift safety regulations preferred. + Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently, stand for extended periods, perform basic math calculations, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
