This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, construction, or machine operating experience. **Responsibilities** + Operate production equipment used in the manufacturing of wood and foam products + Load and unload materials throughout the production process + Follow work orders, production instructions, diagrams, and specifications + Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards + Read and use a tape measure accurately + Complete production paperwork, barcoding, and material scanning + Perform basic pre-shift equipment inspections and preventative maintenance + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements **Qualifications** + Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, or machine operation experience preferred + Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and blueprints + Ability to read a tape measure accurately + Basic math and reading comprehension skills + Ability to read, speak, and understand English + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety **Physical Requirements** + Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift + Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and more with assistance + Ability to use hands for handling materials, tools, and equipment + Ability to visually inspect products for quality + Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment **Why Apply?** + Competitive pay at $21.00 per hour + Monday-Friday schedule + Temp-to-hire opportunity + Training provided + Oppor
