Job Summary We are hiring Machine Operators to run and monitor press equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up machines, maintaining production quality, and safely producing parts according to company standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Responsibilities - Operate and monitor press machines during production. - Load materials and remove finished products. - Perform quality inspections and basic measurements. - Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures. - Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. - Label, package, and stage finished products. - Maintain a clean and safe work area. Qualifications - Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently. - Strong attention to detail and quality. - Basic math and measurement skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
