Employer: Kelly Services. **Job Title:** Machine Operator **Location:** Hastings NE 68901 **Work Schedule:** **Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM** | Overtime available on Fridays **Pay Rate:** $21.25/hr base + night shift differential **Qualifications:** • High School Diploma or GED preferred • 0-2 years of relevant experience • 2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment preferred • Experience operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills preferred • Ability to operate machines and equipment • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes • Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and quality standards **Responsibilities:** • Set up and operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments • Fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical parts and equipment • Operate basic equipment and machines to complete production tasks • Perform operational tasks by following established processes • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair activities • Use precision measuring tools to verify product accuracy • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications • Follow safety guidelines and maintain compliance with work procedures • Communicate effectively with team members during daily operations • Complete additional duties as assigned As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
