As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Machine Operator **Location:** HIGHLAND, NY **Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr** **Shift:** 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm) **What's the Job?** + Operate a variety of machines including sheet metal punching, forming, drilling, tapping, cutting, bending, and sanding. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate manufacturing processes. + Interface with other departments to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow. + Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. + Adhere to all safety regulations and perform computer transactions accurately following company policies. **What's Needed?** + Preferably have experience in a machine shop environment and familiarity with manufacturing and power tools. + Metal fabrication experience is a plus. + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. + Steel or composite toe work boots are required. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. + Consistent work schedule with a reputable employer. + Potential for skill development and growth within the company. + Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality. + Competitive starting pay based on experience.
