Also includes responsibility for monitoring and assuring the quality of product, making simple machine adjustments, keeping equipment in good working order, frequent cleaning of equipment and work area, and counting and recording of production units and labor time. **Key Responsibilities:** + Follow machine start-up and shutdown procedure. Must ensure on-time setup and start-up at the beginning of each shift. + Able to operate machine controls and all applicable adjustments in a timely and correct manner. + Must be able to consistently meet daily output goals. + Perform accurate and neat documentation on daily hour output sheets and all quality documents, error-free. + Understands the need for urgency in keeping machine downtime to a minimum. + understands and follows proper basic troubleshooting to keep the machine runn
