You will work with basic measuring tools, follow established procedures, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized production environment. **Pay:** $18/hour **Shift:** 1st **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor production machinery to produce parts in high volume. + Perform repetitive production tasks such as loading materials, trimming, assembling, and packaging products. + Inspect parts visually and with measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. + Use basic measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges to support quality control processes as needed. + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all safety guidelines at all times. + Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. + Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors. + Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency targets. + Assist with basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed. + Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth production flow. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in a production, machining, or machine operation environment. + Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of basic mechanical principles and how machinery operates. + Ability to operate and monitor production machines and general machining equipment. + Attention to detail with the ability to notice small defects and ensure precision in work. + Basic math skills to measure and calculate dimensions and perform quality checks. + Ability to use basic measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges. + Problem-solving skills to identify issues and troubleshoot basic machinery problems. + Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination to han
