Position Summary: At this level the associate solves the most complex process problems (for example, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, programming, etc.). They will assist in the development and participate in the implementation of significant improvements to existing and new standard work processes. They have the ability to address unique/complex needs. At this level, the associate is able to routinely interact with other functional areas, inside and outside the company.
