Employer: Kelly Services. Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a **Machine Operator** to work at a premier manufacturing client in **Salt Lake City, UT** . **Shifts / Pay Rate: Both Days & Nights Available** **- Nights - 12 hr rotating night shift, 6:30PM-6:30AM / Pay Rate: $19.26 per hour** **- Days - 12 hr rotating day shift, 6:30AM-6:30PM / Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour** **What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:** + Operating simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently + Performing repetitive tasks and monitoring machine functionality, including starting machines from a powered-off state + Interpreting and responding to machine faults, performing minor alignments and adjustments as needed + Completing electronic batch records, production documentation, and inventory management tasks + Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure high quality standards + Weighing, counting, packaging, and labeling finished products + Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to safety protocols + Demonstrating flexibility by operating multiple machines as assigned **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have a high school diploma or GED (required) + Are at least 18 years of age + Possess a valid driver's license (required) + Can read and understand written procedures and documentation + Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (preferred) + Are comfortable working in a clean room environment and performing visual inspections (with or without magnification tools) + Can lift and move objects up to 20 lbs and are able to stand or sit for the duration of your shift + Are able to use solvents, glue, or solder as required in the assembly process **What happens next** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
