Machine Operator $18/hr-$19.80 HR, 1st and 2nd Shift Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality metal parts using stamping machines. You will work either from 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, or from 4:30pm to 4:00am Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities - Operate stamping machines to produce metal parts. - Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gages for precise measurements. - Read and interpret work orders and prints accurately. - Communicate effectively with the Production Supervisor via intranet, email, telephone, or in-person. - Coordinate specific needs with the Material Handler. - Report miss-hits or problems to the Production Supervisor. - Document labor times and part counts for work orders. - Attend the press throughout its operation and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions.
