Your Key Responsibilities - Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation - Deliver raw materials and goods to designated location in the plants - Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports - Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc. - Track and overview products and transports in the IT system - Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Your Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English - Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills - Good visual acuity - Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required - Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred: - Minimum of one (1) years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment - Experience working with IT & SAP systems - Ability to operate transportation machinery Our Offering - 2nd and 3rd shift premium available - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match - Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits (https://schaefflerbenefits.com/) As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
