Employer: Koniag Government Services. PacArctic, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Part-time Custodian on our second shift to support PAC and our government customer in Williamsburg, KY. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a union position. This position is responsible for assisting in keeping the facility clean and orderly throughout the shift and requires attention to safety at all times for all employees. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** Our custodial staff is responsible for keeping an office building clean and orderly. Job duties may include but are not limited to: + Cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks, etc. + Maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks + Emptying wastebaskets/ and trash receptacles + Dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces + Vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties + Washing windows and glass cleaning + Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls **Requirements:** + Must be able to lift 25-50lbs. + Prefer high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years' experience. + Work well with our cooperative and motivated cleaning staff + Follow detailed cleaning instructions and learn troubleshooting skills + Clear written and verbal communication skills with coworkers and supervisors. + Capable of working with a team or independently to achieve departmental goals, including multitasking skills + Must be available to work second shift 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
