From pharmaceutical facilities and renovations to additions and new construction, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, lead crews, and expand your expertise in the trade. If you're a skilled plumber who can read plans, lay out work independently, and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we'd like to hear from you. **What You'll Do** + Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems + Lay out and coordinate plumbing work from blueprints and project drawings + Install storm, sanitary, water, and temporary water systems + Lead and mentor helpers and junior mechanics on job sites + Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repairs + Coordinate with project leads and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently + Ensure all work meets project specifications, building codes, and safety standards + Utilize construction management software to review assignments and track progress **What We're Looking For** + Strong commercial plumbing experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Experience installing and working with cast iron and PVC piping + Knowledge of storm, sanitary, and water distribution systems + Leadership experience directing helpers or junior mechanics + Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills + Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship APPLY TODAY!! **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
